If you have received a defect or wrong items, you may return it within five (5) working days upon received. After that time, the company reserves the right to deny service for returns or exchanges of products. The products being returned must be unused and still in their original packaging.

The company, BeroyalButton, will cover the shipping costs and is not responsible for any losses or damages until the item reaches our office. 1. Can I exchange for other items or products?
Yes you can, if you have received the wrong items or defect items only. But you need to choose products with the same price. If the price is higher, you need to pay the total changes amount.
2. How do I know if my order has been sent again?
We will notify you the tracking number by email or WhatsApp after we sent out the parcel. In case you don't received any email or whatsapp regarding to your tracking number, kindly WhatsApp our admin for the details.
3.How long will my return or exchange be processed?
